Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented IT Project Manager to lead, plan, and deliver technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing end-to-end IT projects and ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to senior management.

Ensure project documentation, compliance, and quality standards are maintained.

Drive process improvements and best practices in project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (preferred).
