IT Technician/Network Technician

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee the daily functioning of IT systems, including computers, internet,

printers, and internal software.

● Provide prompt technical support to staff and troubleshoot

hardware/software issues.

● Manage Hospital Management Software (HMS) performance and data

integrity.

● Ensure regular data backups and implement security measures including

antivirus, firewall, and access control.

● Maintain and monitor biometric attendance systems and CCTV camera

operations.

● Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance, software licenses,

and AMC services.

● Document IT incidents, maintenance activities, and provide periodic status

updates to management.

● Assist with basic setup and support for meetings, presentations, and

digital communication tools.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer

Science, or a related field.

● 1–2 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in healthcare or

service industries.

● Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, system maintenance, and

security protocols.

● Familiarity with hospital software systems and biometric/CCTV setups is

an advantage.

● Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a

fast-paced environment.

● Good communication and documentation skills.
