🔑 Key Skills:

Strong understanding of the OSI Model & TCP/IP (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, etc.)

IP Addressing, Subnetting, Routing (OSPF, BGP), VLSM/CIDR

Expertise in switches, routers, and enterprise Wi-Fi solution deployments

Hands-on with Layer 2 technologies: VLANs, LACP, VLAN tagging (IEEE 802.1q), STP

Basic VPN knowledge: Site-to-Site, Remote Access, IPSEC, DES, 3DES, MD5, SHA

Application protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, FTP, LDAP, Radius, SMTP

CCNA / CCNP trained or certified (preferred)

Troubleshoot L2 technical issues and deliver RCA

Deploy and support information security and networking solutions

Configure and manage switches, routers, and wireless access points

Prepare technical documentation: SoW, PoA

Maintain accurate records and client documentation

Keep up with cybersecurity and networking trends

Support a culture of learning, collaboration, and service excellence
