IT Technician/Network Technician

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues with computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment.

System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and testing on hardware and software to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.

Network Support: Set up, maintain, and secure computer networks, including managing firewalls and performing backups.

User Training: Offer coaching and tuition to users on the correct and efficient use of software and hardware.

Documentation: Maintain records of hardware and software inventory and technical issues.

Security: Implement and ensure adherence to internet security and data privacy principles.
