IT Technician/Network Technician

We are looking for a IT Technician/Network Technician to join our team at Greatlink Technologies Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, splice, and terminate fiber optic cables at customer premises.

• Perform ONT / router / Wi-Fi device installation, configuration and testing.

• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault rectification of fiber lines and equipment.

• Ensure proper signal strength and quality for customer connections.

• Maintain accurate installation and service records.

• Follow safety standards and company guidelines during field work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in FTTH/FTTx installation and router configuration.

• Basic understanding of fiber optics, networking, and Wi-Fi setup.

• Ability to use OTDR, splicing machines, and other fiber tools (preferred).

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for field assignments.

Education:

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred).

Compensation:

• As per industry standards / based on experience.
