Responsible for the Internet connectivity of the locations-UVPL
Checking up the list and their billing details
Responsible for problems related to DMS complaints raised to DMS support & Coordination.
Negotiation with vendors before purchase.
Proper Inventory & up keeping of the IT assets of the group.
Value-added services for the organization.
Coordination with Network agencies.
Coordination with Micro Pro Software solutions in ERP problems & weekly ERP backup.
Check up for Savior DB & Attendance/Payroll software.
CCTV, Software Installation, Action the request as per the guidelines.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Desktop and Laptop, Problems
Broadband Connectivity and Sharing, Support for Client, LAN, and WAN support.
Antivirus updates, Software updates.
Installation, Configuration, and troubleshooting of HP's branded laptops & PCs, etc., and Non-branded systems.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of SAMSUNG, EPSON, HP, Canon L/J Network Printers.
Computer assembling, disassembling, installing a printer, installing a network printer, and maintenance
Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
All operating System installations, all software installations
Configures, tests, and maintains and supports LAN/WAN equipment and related services
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems,
supports users over remote software, and resolves Technical queries based on users’ queries (using Ammy Admin, AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
Troubleshoot and manage basic telephone problems.
