IT Hardware Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Hardware professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware systems and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, install, and configure computer hardware systems and peripherals

- Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

- Maintain and upgrade hardware components, including RAM, hard drives, and graphics cards

- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware-related issues

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of IT systems

- Implement and maintain IT hardware security measures

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals

- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair

- Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows and Linux

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of hardware components, including CPUs, motherboards, and RAM

- Experience with networking protocols and devices, including routers and switches

- Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory management tools
