Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Team: You'll manage and mentor a team of IT specialists, assigning tasks, and helping them grow their skills.

• Manage IT Operations: You'll oversee all our IT systems—from computers and servers to networks and software—making sure everything works as it should.

• Solve Problems: You'll be the person who steps in to fix tricky technical issues quickly, minimizing downtime.

• Keep Us Safe: You'll be in charge of our cyber security, protecting our data and systems from online threats.

• Handle Projects: You'll lead IT projects, like setting up new systems or upgrading our technology.

• Work with Others: You'll work with different departments to understand their technology needs and find the right solutions.

• Manage Vendors: You'll be the point of contact for our IT vendors, managing contracts and relationships.

Who We're Looking For:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: You should have strong background in IT support and network administration.

• Technical Skills: You should be comfortable with networks, cybersecurity, and different types of computer systems.

• Soft Skills: You are a good problem-solver, and an excellent communicator who can explain technical things in a simple way.
