Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and install AV systems including video conferencing, projectors, microphones, speakers, and control systems.

• Set up, test, and operate AV equipment for meetings, webinars, and live events.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV hardware and software.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AV projects and upgrades.

• Maintain inventory of AV equipment and ensure timely maintenance or replacement.

• Ensure all AV setups meet safety, performance, and company standards.

• Provide user support and training for AV tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Webex).

• Document AV systems, configurations, and procedures.

• Stay current with AV technology trends and best practices.
