IT Hardware Engineer

� � Key Responsibilities: ● Monitor and manage assets (TVs, routers, Raspberry Pi, and other devices) ● Regular device health checks and reporting ● Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs or replacements ● Visit sites if required (with company-paid travel expenses) ● Maintain accurate records of deployed devices and their statuses ● Support internal teams with any asset-related troubleshooting � � Required Skills: ● Good understanding of Routers, Smart TVs, Raspberry Pi, and basic networking ● Comfortable with basic troubleshooting and coordination ● Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking assets ● Willingness to travel if required ● Excellent communication and vendor handling skills � � Qualifications: ● ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any stream ● 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred ● Freshers with good technical understanding may also apply
