Key Responsibilities

• Set up, install, and maintain computer systems hardware.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral-related issues.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.

• Install, configure, and update operating systems, antivirus, and security tools.

• Maintain accurate documentation for IT procedures, system configurations, and updates.

• Provide timely technical support to users to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements or repairs when require
