Job Discription- Project coordinator

• Handling Back-end task of the projects.

• Co-ordinate with the end user.

• Interact with MSPL Engineers & get their call reports.

• Alignment of Engineers to provide technical remote support as well as on-site support to the customer.

• Alignment of residential Engineers and maintain their attendance.

• Call logging process to the OEM.

• Timely follow-up of the logged calls from the OEM.
