We are hiring a Laptop Service Engineer who can handle hardware upgrades, repairs, and customer support. The role includes working on laptop components like RAM, SSD, display, and motherboard, as well as talking to customers to explain issues and solutions.
Upgrade laptop RAM and SSD
Assemble and disassemble laptops
Fix display issues (screen, flickering, etc.)
Troubleshoot and repair motherboard and board-level problems
Install OS and do basic software checks
Talk to customers, understand their problems, and explain solutions
Keep records of all work done and report common issues
Experience in laptop repair and hardware support
Knowledge of RAM, SSD, display, and motherboard components
Basic knowledge of Windows OS installation
Good communication and customer handling skills
Any degree but have an experience in laptop & Desktop service.
