Desktop Support Engineer

• Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware and Software Management:
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment.
• User Support:
• Providing technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, remote access, or in-person.
• System Maintenance:
• Ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of computer systems through regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
• Documentation and Training:
