Skill:

• Repairing of Desktop/Laptop/Printer

• Administrating Window

• Installation of OS

• Installation and configuration of email clients

• Assembling and dismantling of PC and Laptop

• Able to identify (Mind: Identify, not treat as resolved) fault of Motherboard, RAM and SMPS without availability of replacement spare(At least in 50% cases).

• Able to open Deskjet, Laser and DMP Printer.

• Able to use Crimping and Punching Tool

Job Description:

• Repairing of Desktop/Laptop/Printer

• Administrating Window

• Installation of OS

• Preparing and sharing Daily Report

• Coordinating with backend team to get spare and return faulty spare from site

• Coordination with vender if some vendor is required to visit at site for repairing.

• Configuration and installation of CCTV camera in NVR.

• Sharing logs and coordination with technical team in case of Server and Network issues.

• Identification of fault and power condition using Multi Meter

Support Area: Communication, IT and Network Devices like-Switch, Router, Desktop Computer, Server etc.

Other Requirements: Good user interaction
