Job Description

YourDigitalLift is growing fast, and we are looking for a skilled eSSL Biometric Integration Engineer to join our tech team. If you have hands-on experience integrating biometric devices with software platforms, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate eSSL biometric attendance devices with our SaaS platforms (cloud → API).

• Configure and troubleshoot eSSL devices (X990, eFace, MB Series, etc.).

• Manage real-time data syncing using push/pull APIs and SDKs.

• Work with JSON/XML APIs, ports, static IPs, and webhook-based syncing.

• Ensure stable uptime, error handling, and device-to-cloud connectivity.

• Coordinate with internal engineering teams for deployments and updates.

• Provide support to clients for device installation and integration issues.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of eSSL API/SDK, ADMS setup, and biometric configuration.

• Experience with Node.js / Python / PHP (any one is enough).

• Good understanding of networking: Port forwarding, LAN/WAN, static IPs.

• Ability to diagnose logs, packets, and connectivity issues.

• Experience integrating hardware with cloud-based SaaS systems.

• Good communication skills for client coordination.

Good to Have

• Experience with ZKTeco or other biometric devices.

• Knowledge of AWS, MQTT, or real-time communication systems.

• Experience working with MSMEs, gyms, studios, or attendance-based apps.
