Handle client complaints and requests promptly and effectively, addressing issues related to cleanliness and housekeeping services. 

Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the facility. 

Log and report maintenance issues and other relevant data, preparing periodic reports on department activities. 

Ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
