We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at Oriental Integrated Facility Management Private Limited to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property values, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant Management:

  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns

  • Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations

  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections

• Property Maintenance:

  • Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work

  • Ensure properties are safe, clean, and fully functional

  • Oversee vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely work

• Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage property budgets and forecasts

  • Collect rent, handle delinquencies, and manage deposits

  • Approve invoices and manage expense records

• Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

  • Maintain accurate property records, leases, and contracts

  • Manage insurance policies and claims

• Marketing and Leasing:

  • Advertise vacancies through appropriate channels

  • Conduct property showings and screen potential tenants

  • Implement strategies to minimize vacancies and maximize ROI
