Oversee daily operations of the household.
Supervise and coordinate household staff (housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, drivers, etc.).
Manage household schedules, maintenance calendars, and inventories.
Maintain household manuals, procedures, and preferred vendor lists.
Greet guests and ensure their comfort during visits.
Serve meals and beverages, both formally and informally.
Handle wardrobe management, including clothing care and packing/unpacking for travel.
Act as a valet to principal(s) as required.
Manage household budgets, petty cash, and expenses.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs.
Handle household purchases and supplies procurement.
Plan and oversee private functions, dinners, or parties.
Coordinate with caterers, florists, and other event service providers.
Ensure event setup and service is executed seamlessly.
Ensure household security systems are functioning properly.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Proven experience as a House Manager, Butler, or similar role.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in service etiquette, table setting, and formal service.
Knowledge of luxury household systems and maintenance standards.
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
