Oversee daily operations of the residence.
Supervise household or service staff, assigning tasks and ensuring standards are maintained.
Manage schedules, events, and travel arrangements for principals/employers.
Ensure protocol, etiquette, and cultural sensitivities are respected.
Handle budgets, inventories, and purchasing of supplies.
Act as a point of contact between the employer and staff/guests.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wines, and luxury hospitality standards.
Leadership qualities with the ability to train and manage staff.
High standards of personal presentation, discretion, and integrity.
Ability to adapt to formal and informal household settings.
Hospitality/Hotel Management degree or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience as a butler, house manager, or in luxury hospitality.
Training in etiquette, protocol, or household management (advantageous).
Multilingual abilities (preferred for international households).
