Job Description

பணியின் நோக்கம்:

மருத்துவமனை வளாகம், வார்டுகள், OPD, ICU, OT, கழிப்பறைகள் மற்றும் பொதுமக்கள் பயன்பாட்டு பகுதிகளில் சுத்தம், சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பை பராமரிப்பதே ஹவுஸ்கீப்பிங் பணியாளரின் முக்கிய பொறுப்பு ஆகும்.

முக்கிய பொறுப்புகள்:

1. சுத்தம் மற்றும் சுகாதாரம்

வார்டுகள், OPD, ICU, OT, நடைபாதைகள், அறைகள் மற்றும் அலுவலகங்களை சுத்தமாக பராமரித்தல்.
தரை துடைப்பு, துடைப்பம், துப்புரவு மற்றும் தூசி அகற்றுதல்.
கழிப்பறைகள் மற்றும் கை கழுவும் பகுதிகளை சுத்தமாக வைத்தல்.

2. தொற்று கட்டுப்பாடு (Infection Control)

மருத்துவமனை தொற்று கட்டுப்பாட்டு வழிகாட்டுதல்களை பின்பற்றுதல்.
PPE (கையுறை, முககவசம், ஏப்ரன்) பயன்படுத்துதல்.
கிருமிநாசினிகளை சரியான அளவில் பயன்படுத்துதல்.

3. கழிவு மேலாண்மை (Biomedical Waste Management)

உயிரியல் மருத்துவ கழிவுகளை சரியான நிற பைகளில் பிரித்தல்.
கழிவுகளை பாதுகாப்பான முறையில் அகற்றுதல்.
கழிவு சேகரிப்பு விதிமுறைகளை பின்பற்றுதல்.

4. உபகரணங்கள் மற்றும் பொருட்கள் கையாளுதல்

சுத்தம் செய்யும் கருவிகள் மற்றும் இயந்திரங்களை சரியாக பயன்படுத்துதல்.
சேதமான உபகரணங்களை உடனடியாக மேற்பார்வையாளருக்கு தெரிவித்தல்.
சுத்தம் செய்யும் ரசாயனங்களை பாதுகாப்பாக சேமித்தல்.

5. பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு

தீ பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் அவசரநிலை வழிமுறைகளை பின்பற்றுதல்.
நோயாளிகள், பார்வையாளர்கள் மற்றும் பணியாளர்களுடன் மரியாதையுடன் நடந்து கொள்வது.
மருத்துவமனை ஒழுங்கு மற்றும் நேர்த்தியை கடைப்பிடித்தல்.

6. ஒருங்கிணைப்பு மற்றும் குழுப்பணி

ஹவுஸ்கீப்பிங் மேற்பார்வையாளர் மற்றும் பிற துறைகளுடன் இணைந்து பணிபுரிதல்.
தேவையானபோது கூடுதல் பணிகளை செய்ய தயாராக இருப்பது.
