About Us

Chai Days is a fast-growing café brand known for its warm ambience, quality service, and hygiene standards. We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping/Cleaning Staff member to maintain cleanliness and ensure a fresh and pleasant environment for our customers and team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness across the café including dining area, kitchen support area, counters, and washrooms.
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces regularly.
Ensure tables, chairs, and service areas remain clean and presentable at all times.
Dispose waste properly and maintain dustbins.
Assist with basic pantry duties when required (e.g., refilling water, cleaning utensils, etc.).
Maintain housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the manager.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards set by the café.
Support the café team during peak hours if required.

Requirements:

Prior experience in housekeeping/cleaning roles preferred (not mandatory).
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
