Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
Assign duties to housekeeping staff and monitor performance
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and quality standards
Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing coaching
Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Prepare daily reports and communicate issues to management
Coordinate with front office and maintenance department
