Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations on the assigned floor.
• Monitor and manage workers to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Ensure proper arrangement and organization of materials/items.
• Handle stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and submit daily stock and item reports.
• Create daily checklists and ensure all assigned tasks are completed.
• Submit checklist reports to senior management on a daily basis.
• Report daily floor activities, stock status, and work progress to seniors.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards on the floor.
• Resolve minor operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification, (12th pass) and Experience Range (6 Months-1 Year). Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
