Job Title: Store Incharge – Manufacturing Unit

About Us:
We are a manufacturing company specializing in Machinary and lubrication. We are looking for a Store Incharge to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and material movement for our production unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods in ERP/Tally.
- Material Receipt & Issue: Verify GRN, quality check with QC, and ensure timely issue of materials to production as per BOM/MRN.
- Stock Control: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification. Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and excess stock.
- Storage & Housekeeping: Ensure proper storage, labeling, FIFO/FEFO norms, and 5S compliance in the store.
- Documentation: Maintain bin cards, stock ledgers, gate passes, and MIS reports for management.
- Coordination: Work closely with Purchase, Production, and Logistics teams to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols, fire safety norms, and company SOPs for material handling.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma / http://B.Com / BBA in Supply Chain or any graduate with relevant experience.
- 10 years experience as Store Incharge / Store Supervisor in a manufacturing setup.
- Hands-on with ERP systems – SAP MM, Tally, or similar. Good in Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory norms, material codes, and warehouse management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Forklift license / material handling experience is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in ISO-certified manufacturing units.
- Knowledge of barcoding and inventory management systems.
- Basic understanding of costing and valuation.
