Job Title: MIS Executive – E-commerce Logistics & Operations

Role Objective

We are looking for a data-driven MIS Executive to handle high-volume data tracking across our e-commerce and logistics workflows. The ideal candidate will maintain daily operational dashboards, monitor marketplace order fulfillment, and reconcile inventory levels across multiple digital storefronts and warehouse networks to ensure error-free dispatch and maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Supply Chain Tracking

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports tracking key metrics like Turnaround Time (TAT), order-to-dispatch lag, and shipment statuses.

• Monitor order processing, dispatch, and final delivery metrics across various courier partners and clients' storefronts.

• Generate and manage tracking metrics for Returns (RTO/Reverse Logistics) and non-delivery reasons (NDR).
  

2. Multi-Storefront Inventory & ERP Management

• Ensure cross-platform inventory sync between client e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) and core management systems (ERP/SAP).

• Perform high-volume data validation for inward/outward inventory, billing summaries, and dispatch documentation.

• Track stock aging, low inventory levels, and out-of-stock SKUs to alert warehouse and sourcing teams proactively.
  

3. Data Analysis, Billing & Automation

• Extract, clean, and organize large datasets using Excel and Google Sheets to automate repetitive reporting formats.

• Reconcile client settlement sheets against actual physical dispatches to identify billing errors, marketplace fee discrepancies, or weight anomalies.

• Provide accurate data summaries and dashboards to internal management and corporate clients for operational review.
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent) with strong numerical skills.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, and text manipulation functions).

• Industry Experience: Prior exposure to e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or warehouse logistics workflows.

• ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP (MM/SD modules) or dedicated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a distinct advantage.

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and clear communication to coordinate across finance and warehouse teams.
