Logistics & Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, dispatch notes, and invoices, while managing vendor contracts and coordinating with transport providers.
Staff & Floor Management: Supervise warehouse personnel, including training, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.
Process Improvement: Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization, implement efficiency strategies, and generate performance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), MS Office, and data entry.
Key Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications: Forklift operation certification is often a plus.
