Receive and verify incoming electronic components, PCBs, transformers, cables, and other materials against purchase orders and delivery challans. 2. Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for incoming materials and maintain proper documentation. 3. Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and physical condition of received materials. 4. Coordinate with the IQC team for incoming material inspection and maintain qualityhold status until approval, where required. 5. Update stock records, inventory registers, and material receipt and issue entries. 6. Issue materials to production as per BOM and material requisitions. 7. Maintain proper storage, labelling, FIFO practices, and ESD precautions. 8. Perform stock verification and report shortages or discrepancies. 9. Pack finished power supply products according to approved packing instructions. 10. Verify product model numbers, serial numbers, labels, accessories, and packing quantities. 11. Maintain packaging records and coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams. 12. Ensure store and packing area cleanliness and follow 5S and safety procedures.
