We are looking for a Manpower Supervisor to manage and coordinate workforce deployment at client locations. The candidate will be responsible for attendance management, worker supervision, shift planning, and communication between workers and management to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise and manage daily manpower operations at the site.
Ensure proper attendance, shift scheduling, and worker allocation.
Coordinate with HR and management regarding manpower requirements.
Maintain records of attendance, leave, and overtime.
Resolve worker issues and maintain discipline at the workplace.
Ensure workers follow company safety policies and procedures.
Report daily operations and workforce updates to management.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new workers when required.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle large workforce teams (20–100 workers)
Basic knowledge of attendance systems and reporting
Problem-solving and conflict management skills
