Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at at Juventas Clothing Technologies Pvt Ltd. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Raw Material Inventory Management

•⁠ ⁠Maintain records of fabrics, trims, accessories, and other raw materials.

•⁠ ⁠Label, tag, and catalog materials by SKU, color, design, and quantity.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure materials are stored in an organized and easily accessible manner.

2.⁠ ⁠Stock Entry & Documentation

•⁠ ⁠Record stock inward and outward entries daily in Excel or inventory software.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain dispatch records for all materials sent out.

3.⁠ ⁠Dispatch Management

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and dispatch materials to production units or internal teams.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain dispatch logs and ensure correct quantities are shipped.

4.⁠ ⁠Stock Reconciliation

•⁠ ⁠Conduct weekly inventory checks.

•⁠ ⁠Perform monthly stock reconciliation and report discrepancies.

5.⁠ ⁠Warehouse Organization

•⁠ ⁠Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse storage.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure materials are stored properly to avoid damage.
