Role Summary The Store Executive is responsible for the efficient, day-to-day handling of material inflow and outflow, ensuring accuracy in inventory management. This role includes critical tasks such as material packing, tagging, and labeling to support smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Material Handling and Inventory Management ● Manage the daily receipt and dispatch of materials, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. ● Conduct physical verification of stock and reconcile with system inventory records. ● Ensure proper storage and organization of materials within the store/warehouse area. ● Report any discrepancies, damage, or loss of materials to the Purchase Manager immediately. Preparation and Documentation ● Execute all material packing activities according to established standards to ensure safe transit. ● Perform accurate tagging and labeling of all inventory items, noting item codes, quantities, and destinations. ● Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation (e.g., Goods Receipt Notes, Material Issue Notes, stock reports) . Safety and Compliance ● Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures within the store environment. ● Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area at . ● Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and stocktakes. ● Follow Six Sigma, FIFO and other industry best practices ● Adhere ISO Qualifications Education and Experience ● Intermediate or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus. ● Proven experience in a storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management role. Skills ● Strong organizational and time management skills. ● Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Tranzact) is desirable. ● Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite. ● Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials ( Up to 20 KG ) Location: Gurgaon
