Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum (Maximum)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory handling, inward and outward material entries, stock management, and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material entries.

• Handle stock receipt, storage, and stock issuance.

• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock verification.

• Maintain proper documentation of store transactions.

• Manage and update inventory-related data using Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and other data management functions.

• Draft and respond to emails related to store operations.

• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Dispatch, and other internal teams for smooth material flow and timely movement of stock.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the store.

Required Skills

• Experience in inward and outward entry processes.

• Knowledge of stock collection and inventory management.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and data management.

• Ability to draft professional emails.

• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse operations.

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments will be an added advantage.
