Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Delivery Operations Managers to oversee last-mile delivery operations across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing delivery executives, ensuring timely dispatches, optimizing delivery routes, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining high service standards.

Experience in the fresh milk, dairy, grocery, or quick commerce industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage delivery executives.

• Ensure all deliveries are dispatched on time starting from the 4:00 AM shift.

• Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.

• Monitor daily delivery performance and productivity.

• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.

• Track attendance, punctuality, and performance of delivery staff.

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain delivery KPIs including on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and order accuracy.

• Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Strong team management and leadership skills.

• Experience in last-mile delivery operations.

• Route planning and optimization expertise.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in early morning shifts.

• Knowledge of delivery management systems and mobile applications.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 2–5+ years of experience in delivery, logistics, or operations management.

• Prior experience managing delivery executives is highly desirable.
