Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

·Lead and oversee operations of integrated logistics solutions (Warehousing – India).

·Monitor overall business and departmental budgets to ensure financial discipline.

·Establish strategic objectives to enhance operational output and efficiency.

·Analyze operational data to evaluate cost-benefit ratios and drive informed decision-making.

·Develop and implement company policies while ensuring full regulatory and internal compliance.

·Enhance business processes and functionality in alignment with core organizational goals.

·Track and control operational costs to maintain and improve profit margins.

·Drive business development initiatives to support revenue growth.

·Manage the operations team with a strong focus on Safety, Security, and Compliance standards.
