We are looking for a Operation Manager to join our team at at Advanced Fms & Security Services Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operations for facility management services, including security and housekeeping staff deployment across multiple sites
Monitor daily operations through site supervision, inspections, and regular MIS reporting to ensure smooth service delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective coordination, timely communication, and quick resolution of operational issues
Manage manpower requirements including recruitment, onboarding, training, deployment, and performance evaluation of staff
Ensure high standards of service quality by implementing SOPs, conducting audits, and maintaining compliance with statutory and contractual requirements
Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift schedules, attendance, leave records, and replacement planning to ensure uninterrupted services
Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, discipline, grooming standards, and adherence to company policies
Handle escalations related to staff behavior, service gaps, or client complaints and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with HR, admin, and payroll teams for documentation, wage processing, and statutory compliance
Support management in cost control, productivity improvement, and continuous operational improvements
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
