Key Responsibilities
Transportation & Logistics Coordination: Planning delivery routes, selecting transport methods (road/air/sea), and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Monitoring stock levels, updating records, coordinating dispatch, and maintaining inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
Documentation & Reporting: Processing shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, customs paperwork, and generating daily logistics reports.
Supplier & Client Relations: Communicating with suppliers to replenish stock and liaising with customers to resolve issues like late deliveries or damaged goods.
Process Optimization: Analyzing logistics performance metrics (KPIs) to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
