Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS.
Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Stock Readiness
Verify that products meet quality and packaging standards.
Ensure items are ready for release to production or customers.
Compliance & Documentation
Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
Coordination
Liaise with procurement, production, and dispatch teams.
Manage inbound and outbound inventory movements efficiently.
Process Improvement
Identify gaps in inventory handling and suggest improvements.
Implement best practices for storage and retrieval.
Safety & Security
Ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
Monitor adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse inventory management.
Proficiency in WMS and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills
Inventory control and stock management.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
