Key Responsibilities
• Handle FTL (Full Truck Load) dispatch operations.
• Coordinate warehouse dispatch activities as per daily dispatch plans.
• Manage vehicle loading for e-commerce shipments, including Amazon and Flipkart.
• Ensure vehicle loading is completed according to the scheduled vehicle plan and appointment slots.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and e-commerce partners for timely dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures.
• Monitor loading accuracy and ensure on-time shipment dispatch.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in warehouse dispatch and logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of e-commerce operations, especially Amazon and Flipkart dispatch processes.
• Experience handling FTL dispatch and vehicle planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting, and data management).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatch activities efficiently.
• Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce dispatch operations.
