About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate vehicle movement, transportation, dispatch, and day-to-day logistics operations for our vehicle scrapping and recycling business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pickup and movement of end-of-life/old vehicles from customers, dealers, channel partners, and other locations.

• Plan and coordinate vehicle pickups with drivers, transporters, field teams, and RVSF operations.

• Track vehicle movement from pickup point to the designated RVSF/location and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle pickups, dispatches, deliveries, trip details, and transporter information.

• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Field Operations, RVSF, Inventory, and Customer Support.

• Monitor daily logistics activities and ensure adherence to defined TAT, SLA, and operational processes.

• Follow up with drivers and transport partners regarding pickup schedules, delays, route issues, and delivery status.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, e-commerce logistics, automotive operations, or a related field.

• Candidates with experience in vehicle logistics, used-car, automotive, RVSF, fleet, or last-mile delivery operations will be preferred.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to handle multiple operational activities simultaneously.
