Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production & Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage shop floor activities, and handle dispatch coordination. The candidate must ensure smooth workflow, timely production, and proper material movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

• Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.

• Monitor worker performance and maintain discipline on the floor.

• Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.

• Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of finished goods.

• Prepare dispatch documentation (challan, invoice coordination, etc.).

• Ensure proper packing and labeling before dispatch.

• Maintain production and dispatch records.

• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods.

• Ensure safety and cleanliness on the production floor.

• Report daily production and dispatch status to management.
