Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant who will work directly with Head of Departments (HODs) and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritising tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant is required.

Key responsibilities:

• Proficiency in collaboration, delegation and strong Follow Up of scheduled / delegated tasks.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities

• Taking Minutes of meeting & follow-up with the staff.

• Co-ordination with HODs, communication with vendors and independently responding to emails.

• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries / Calendar of the CEO

• Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents

• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and Vendors

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office skills, and good knowledge of Google sheets, forms, etc
