Mail Room Executive – Job Description
Role Summary:
The Mail Room Executive is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and internal document distribution within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages
Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, parcels, and documents
Maintain records of all courier and postal transactions
Coordinate with courier vendors and track deliveries
Ensure proper labeling and packaging of documents
Handle confidential documents with care and discretion
Support internal departments with document movement
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mail room
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Trustworthy and detail-oriented
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in mail handling or office support (preferred)
