Logistics Back-End Executive (Import-Export)

Salary: Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/-In-hand per month). (CTC- 3,00,348 LPA- 3,61,788 LPA). (Depending on your Interview, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Back-End Executive to support our Purchase, Supply Chain, and Import-Export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining logistics documentation, communicating with vendors and logistics partners, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support purchase and logistics operations related to domestic and international shipments.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, freight forwarders, and courier companies.

• Prepare, maintain, and verify shipping and import-export documentation.

• Track shipments and ensure timely updates on delivery status.

• Maintain accurate records, files, and logistics reports.

• Assist in monitoring supply chain processes and resolving operational issues.

• Prepare periodic reports using MS Excel and provide updates to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good documentation and record-management abilities.

• Knowledge of international shipping documentation and INCOTERMS.

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Advanced Excel.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA, or any relevant degree (excluding IT and Science streams).

• Freshers and candidates with relevant logistics, supply chain, or import-export experience are encouraged to apply.
