Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Routing: Coordinate daily delivery schedules, assigning personnel and vehicles efficiently.
Communication: Act as the liaison between customers, drivers, and internal teams, providing updates on ETA and addressing queries.
Monitoring & Tracking:
Track deliveries and vehicles in real-time to ensure on-time, safe, and accurate delivery of goods.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of shipments, schedules, and personnel logs.
Compliance & Invoicing: Generate invoices, E-way bills, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
Issue Resolution: Handle emergency situations, route changes, or customer complaints promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics, or transportation role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
Multitasking: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with local areas and mapping tools.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
