We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team at at River Engineering Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely dispatch of materials/products.

2. Prepare delivery challan, invoice, and E-way bill (if applicable).

3. Maintain dispatch records and shipment documentation.

4. Ensure compliance with GST and company policies.

5. Coordinate with transporters and courier partners.

6. Schedule pickups and track shipments.

7. Update dispatch and tracking details in system.

8. Update stock records after dispatch.

9. Manage returned shipments and coordinate with relevant departments.

10. Prepare necessary documentation for returns or replacements.

11. Maintain daily dispatch report.

12. Share pending and completed dispatch status with management.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
