The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations and maintaining accurate records in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily dispatch activities.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, and transport records.
Track shipments and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
Communicate with transporters and vendors to resolve dispatch-related issues.
Maintain accurate logs and records of dispatched goods.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory/logistics software.
