We are looking for a Center Manager to join our team Team. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹21,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance regarding services and processes.
Manage insurance claim documentation and coordinate claim-related formalities.
Ensure smooth processing of customer requests and maintain accurate records.
Maintain proper inward and outward stock documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding pending documentation and processes.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines.
Support daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience.
