Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Growth
- Support sales team in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
- Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Track financial performance and report center metrics.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide front desk, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and service-oriented work culture.
Facility & Vendor Management
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT, utilities, and office infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery.
- Maintain inventory and procurement records.
