Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, active, and customer-oriented Restaurant Service Staff member to provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.

• Present menus, explain food items, and recommend dishes when required.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.

• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and professionally.

• Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for the next guests.

• Attend to customer requests, feedback, and complaints politely.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.

• Follow restaurant service standards, food safety guidelines, and company policies.

• Assist with billing and payments when required.

• Support opening and closing duties and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Previous experience in restaurant or café service is preferred; freshers may also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and customer-friendly.

• Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the roster.

• Basic knowledge of restaurant etiquette and hygiene practices.
