FOH (Front of House) BOH (Back of House) • Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude. • Take orders accurately and efficiently. • Handle billing and POS transactions. • Ensure accurate order assembly and handover to guests. • Serve food at the counter and support dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders. • Ensure the dining area, counter and guest areas are clean and well maintained. • Regularly clean and maintain Washrooms, ensuring hygiene and availability of required supplies. • Support table cleaning, floor cleaning and general restaurant housekeeping. • Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste • Maintain personal hygiene and follow all food safety and hygiene standards. • Maintain a welcoming and energetic environment for guests. • Prepare food as per Taco Bell SOPs, recipes and quality standards. • Ensure food preparation and order execution within the prescribed TAT. • Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards. • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and workstations. • Ensure washrooms are cleaned and maintained as per hygiene standards. • Carry out regular mopping, sweeping and floor cleaning in BOH areas. • Clean and maintain preparation areas, storage areas and other BOH facilities. • Support opening and closing kitchen activities, including cleaning and sanitization. • Handle utensils, equipment and kitchen tools safely and responsibly. • Ensure proper storage, labelling and handling of food and raw materials. • Support waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of garbage/waste areas.
